Note 4 Google play not working

[spencer2362]

Hi everyone, So i just got a Note 4 today and it is amazing. The only problem I am having is, i am connected to the wifi and everything works but for some reason i cant download anything on google play. It just sits there forever, not doing anything. I read online to clear cache and force stop. I tried that and still nothing, if you have and ideas let me know. Thanks!

I had this exact problem with my note 4 about 2 months ago.
One day while it was charging I noticed that it suddenly started downloading all the apps I had been trying to get, but couldn't. So, now everytime I want to download something, I have to plug my phone in and it downloads perfectly! I have no idea why this is, what caused it or how to fix it!
