Help Note 4 not turning on?

I have a Note 4, I've restarted the phone and ever since, it won't switch back on. When I plug it into a computer via USB it makes the noise to verify something is connected, but that's it.

is the device rooted? if you have your data backed up, you can enter recovery mode by pressing the power,home and volume up buttons and choose to factory reset the device. keep in kind that it will delete all of your data. hope this helps. let me know.
