I've been on multiple forums asking the same question and asking for opinion of many people. Is the note 4 region locked? If it is, is it true that a minimum of 10 minutes of activity with a local sim would unlock the phone permanently? What if it does not do that? Cause i have read on few forums that people faced the 'region lock' issues even after they have used their devices in the place where they bought it from. Please help. The only thing that is stopping me from getting the note 4 is the region lock.
