Help Note 4 Sound Mute option is missing

[Tansu Yegen]

Sound ICON toggles on my Note 4 only between VIBRATE and SOUND, I do not udnerstand why it does not toggle to MUTE too.... As a result, I have a vibrating phone during the night

Does anybody know a solution for this?

If you press the down button on the side and hold it it will stop on vibrate. Press it again and it should go to silence. Let us know if that works.
Good Luck!

That won't help. At least for me. I can only activate the silence mode from the notification panel. And I find this method much better.
