Help NOTE 4 TURNS OFF when placing call

I have the Note 4 through Sprint, and every time I place a call, it shuts off. I have done a factory reset and it does not fix the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

U may wanna try and return it. That sounds like a hardware issue

Could be a defective battery, or even the phone itself is faulty. I'd return it.

I agree, get it replaced.
My first N4 was defective also - it wouldn't connect a call. It would dial and appear to connect, but I couldn't hear the person on the other end and they couldn't hear me. I took it back to the store and they exchanged it without any problem.
