Just purchased a Note 4 a couple of days ago straight away it requested an upgrade to lollipop which i did however today the phone just came up with the message [ Unfortunately, System UI has stopped ]
i went into the application menu and cleared the cache in the system ui, and it did nothing so i did a battery pull which seems to of done the job,
i am just wondering what is this problem? is it because i update the phone to lollipop was thinking of doing a factory reset and not updating to lollipop?
any help is appreciated.
