Hey Guys,
First time poster.
Bought my first Android, a Note 5, this past weekend from ATT. At first I loved the phone, great features, fast processing etc.. But I am noticing some horrible battery drain, much worse than my iPhone 6.
I get MAYBE 4 hours of web browsing time. I usually see 1% drop every 2.5 minutes when using the phone regularly. I went to the Samsung store and they installed the newest software, I also spoke to Samsung customer support and cleared my battery cache (whatever that means)... no help.
I was going to send it back to have them fix it, but I noticed my wife's Note 5, that was bought at a different ATT location, seems to have a similar battery drain.
What should I do?
