Help Note 5 Flashlight?

Is there a built in flashlight on the Note 5 that I am not finding, or do I need to download a flashlight app?

Try this:
  1. Turn on your Samsung Note 5.
  2. With you finger, press down on the home screen down until the “Wallpapers,” “Widgets” and “Home screen settings” show up on the screen.
  3. Select “Widgets”
  4. Browse all the widgets until you see “Torch”
  5. Select and hold “Torch” and move it to an open position on the home screen.
  6. When you need to use flashlight on Note 5, select the “Torch” icon.
  7. To turn off the flashlight, you can tap the icon or go to the notification settings to turn off Torch.

This widget does not show up on my note 5. Is there an update or something I am missing? My note 5 is only a day out of the box so maybe I am missing something but I have checked my widget menu top to bottom and also tried searching and still can't find it.

I don't see it either,by any name (Flashlight/Torch/etc.....)
I got the steps from T-Mobile's support page,they probably copied & pasted that from another phone w/o checking it for accuracy,just as I did before doing the same.:paperbagdroid: :oops: ;)
Looks like the only access is in the pull-down notification shortcuts.
 
Is there anyway to make a shortcut? It's on the pull down screen but it would be nice if I could have it on the main screen or even the lock screen.
