Help Note 5 notification bar won't pull down.

Pulling the notification bar doesn't work all of the sudden. You just see a little circle trail where your finger was. I set a nova launcher gesture so I can access the notification bar and when I do I'm able to use the screen at the top, so I know it's not the digitizer. Any suggestions?

Just a shot in the dark. Have you looked in the S-pen settings?
