Note 7 messes up stops computer email from receiving email

when I use note 7 to retrieve and send email my outlook on my PC stops being able to receive email. The computer says receiving reported an error (0x8004210E):Your mail box is temporally unavailable because another email message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded -ERR [in use]account is locked by another session or for maintenance. Try again.

I have tried other email programs on my phone to same avail. I must totally disable phone email for computer to work.

I am using outlook 2016 on computer.

Help please!
