Hi, just bought Samsung Note 8 with Jelly Bean 4.1. a great tablet and one of the key features I use is the multi-window, where I can read a document and take notes at the same time within the same screen. However, after the JB update to 4.2.2 the multi-window setting in Display is greyed out. I am unable to activate it in settings, by swiping down from the top or with the right hand soft key. Any solution or has 4.2.2 dispensed with the multi-window?
I would be very disappointed if it is no longer a feature. Many thanks.
