Help Note AND Tablet Possibly?

So I have been messing around with my Note for a few days now. My question and conundrum is this..... does anyone still want to get a tablet? I have had my eye on the Transformer Prime for quite some time now and still want more real estate to perform tasks such as online classes and various other tasks. While I really enjoy this 5.3 inch screen on my note, it just leaves me wanting more of a tablet to accomplish other tasks. Anyone else having these thoughts? Anyone using their tablet just as much, or is anyone still going to purchase a tablet? I'm not looking at getting a laptop either. Just personal preference.

Having my Note for about half a day now -- yes I am getting a Tablet still.

I'm actually buying the iPad 3 when it's released. You're probably thinking WTF? Why doesn't he get an Android tablet!

I'm a pilot and we use this application called ForeFlight that provides us with airport diagrams/charts, A/FD, and approach/GPS/NAV plates. Unfortunately, ForeFlight has zero interest in the Android market (such a shame!). So I'm forced to buy the iPad 3 so that I can use it in flight for my approach plates versus carrying books and other pieces of papers with all my needed charts while in flight.

If ForeFlight EVER produces an Android application, I will definitely move away from the iPad.

I have had my note for officially one week, and I still use my ViewSonic g tab, not as much, but there are still times I need a big screen.

I've always had the vision that the note would add to my empire of 4(small phone + 10 inch tablet+laptop+desktop pc(gaming). Yes, this goes against the 1 which rules them all advertising.

I have the T-Mobile branded Tab 7.0 Plus, unlocked, which works on both T-Mo, and AT&T's HSPA+. I also have T-Mo and AT&T phones, w/T-Mo as my main phone, so I carry (3) devices total. I'd like to cut it down, to (2), but the note is too small to replace a laptop/PC "for me" (mainly looking at Jump Desktop app).

I'll be getting the unlocked Tab 7.7 (AT&T HSPA) as it has "an earpiece", slightly larger screen than 7.0, higher resolution, and only as long as most "house phones". Believe it or not, my Tab fits in 90% of my pants pockets (@5'3"), but I mostly carry it in a "BT keyboard case", as it mostly does desktop duty at work. "I" would have no problem carrying it around bare as a phone however. My only concern is that the 7.7's slightly wider width may make it less pocketable.

Nope, the Note replaces my 7" Samsung tablet. The iPad was way too big. The 7" tablet was nice, but inconvenient to carry around along with my iPhone. Now I have it all.

Then, again, I've never seen a lot of point in tablets. I either use my laptop or phone. The Note gives me enough size, while still being fantastically portable.

Unfortunately, ForeFlight has zero interest in the Android market

Hate to say it but if i have to choose a platform for something as critical as being a crucial part of a flight program, I'd choose the ipad hands down. I love Android but the tablet experience has still got a long ways to go as far as stability. it's better with ics but honeycomb is definitely not something you want to deal with 30,000 feet in the air.

I find that after having the Note I am using my iPad (ver 1.0) less on a daily basis. Altho the iPad is still my go to for showing off my photography galleries or doing some casual surfing in a coffee shop, the Note fills just about all of my other mobile needs. So while I still love my iPad, its getting let home more often these days LOL
