Note10 randomly won't charge

I noticed intermittently, my handset won't charge when I plug in the charger.
I have to restart the phone to get it to charge.
Any ideas?

new cable maybe or new charging brick?

I had this with, I think, one particular cable back on the Note 8. Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't. If it didn't I had to unplug the cable from the charger end and plug it back in. I think it was incorrectly registering the charger as a periferal.

Other cables were fine so I binned the twitchy one, unsure what else may be wrong with it.
