Note3 help!!!

I've always been an iPhone user. Now I just got a note3 as a gift from a friend from China. Brought it home to Canada and want to test it out. Default setting was all in Chinese but managed to switch to English. How's the problem... I can't find the google play anywhere! Pls help! First time using android and I must say it's quite difficult to navigate compared to iPhone! Pls help!

If you don't have the Play Store or the Android Market, I think you can install them by downloading the .apk file (easily findable on google)
