Notes/Passwords

I am currently using Springpad for my notes and passwords. I have everything set to private. Is there a better on or better said a more secure App? I like tha fact that I can logon from a computer and enter notes (much faster then thru the phone) but I was just wondering what aothers use. I used Evernote before didn't like that fact it had to down loads you notes.

For passwords, I use KeePass. You can keep your KeePass file in a Dropbox folder and have it synced across devices.
