I hope someone can help...... My wife has an SGS and over the last few days it won't update anything - email, facebook etc and even the Internet won't work. It is connected to our wifi, but when you try and do anything it just sits there and does nothing apart from having the little circle thing go round to show it's trying to refresh (it's the same if using mobile data, so it's not an issue with the wifi)
Has anyone got any ideas what's causing this? It has also gone really slow and laggy. The phone is running 2.1
Is there a way to do a 'soft reboot' to clear the phone out without losing all the data? Any advice will be much appreciated !
