Accessories Noticable difference between Class 2 and 4 16Gb microSD?

It won's slow down your Evo ... but it is a slower transfer rate when transferring between computer and card.

My guess .... you won't see much of a difference between class 2 or 4.

Yes, 8gb card that comes with evo is a 2.

The higher the Class rating the higher the read/write rate on the SD Card.

Class 2: 16 Mbit/s (2 MB/s)
Class 4: 32 Mbit/s (4 MB/s)
Class 6: 48 Mbit/s (6 MB/s)
Class 10: 80 Mbit/s (10 MB/s)

The higher the better for transfer rates if you plug it directly in to your computer... When it tranfered my stuff from my class 6 to my computer it was blazing... but when i re-transfered from my pc to the class 2 8gig that came with the phone... it was SLLOOOOWW.

I dont think the phone cares what class it uses, but a computer media reader does :).

PS photographers need higher class ratings for faster shooting for their fancy cameras.
