Help Noticing some physical imperfections on the Atrix

I threw on a case right away so I didn't notice that the phone's physical hardware is quite off. If I put (moderate) pressure on the left edge of the glass screen, I notice that it gets pushed down a bit from the casing wall. As I do this, I notice that the phone is making really loud creaking noises. If I take the back casing out, and press, the noise is gone. So I'm guessing that the backing and the phone shell are not aligned properly or something. Glass screen issue still persists with the backcover off. I was wondering if this is because the glass screen and the screen sensors are separate pieces?

I was wondering if anyone else have this issue? Or...I got a defect

So I guess I have to bring the phone back for an exchange?

I'd take that back to shop ASAP before they can blame you.
