Help notification and toggle menu window

[Android Question]

Hi,
a strange issue... The toggle and notification menu that appears in the home screen when you slide your finger from the top of the display disappeared.
What it's strange is that when the device is locked I still have it, but when it's unlocked there is no way.
I checked in all the settings, but I found nothing related to it.
I have a Sony Xperia Z3 with Android 5.1.1.

Any Suggestion? Thanks.

What launcher are you using? Some launchers let you hide the status bar, and if you are using one of those you might have inadvertently done that (e.g. if the launcher settings are set to hide/show it using a gesture). Does it appear when you are using other apps but disappear on the homescreen? If so that would definitely sound like a launcher setting, in which case going to your launcher's settings would let you fix this.

No, it doesn't work also with using other apps, only in the lock screen, I also do not use any special launcher but the Android native one.
