Notification area unresponsive

From time to time, on my Asus Transformer Infinity, the notification area becomes unresponsive (when I tap the screen to open the notification area, nothing happens). Anybody else have this experience, and know how to resolve it? I'm not sure yet, but I suspect it may be connected to AirDroid.

Thanks!
