Help Notification bar crash!

I am using Jelly Bean and my notification bar will crash. The only fix I have found is to restart. Is there any other way?
HELP THIS IS VERY ANNOYING!

Are you rooted? Custom Rom? Stock? If you're on pure stock, then maybe you could factory reset it.

I really would like to avoid a factory reset, but it may come to that.

Another question: Is there a legit way to go back to ICS, and when an update is released go back to JB? I don't really care for Jelly Bean ATM.

You would have to go back to honeycomb and update to ics, just by flashing the images (no root required)
