Help Notification Bar Sound Icon Always Lit

Ever since I installed JB, my "Sound" icon is always lit. Previously, it would only light up if I switched to "Vibrate" or "Mute". Does anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

The "sound/vibration" one?
It should be yellow if sound is turned on mate :thumbup:

Maybe it was diff before JB, i cant remember mate
