Help notification bar/ status bar missing/ Go Launcher

My phone is not rooted. I downloaded the Go Launcher app and have had the app for a few years without problem. Today I noticed that my notification bar at the top of my phone that shows the time and battery status and all my notifications was missing. I looked on all my phone settings to see if i had accidentally changed a setting while holding my phone because the screen doesn't go off (another story). I couldn't find any setting that would show the notification bar or cause it to be hidden. I looked online and someone mentioned that it could have been my launcher app and I may have accidentally changed my launcher settings. I looked through my Go Launcher app and cannot find out how to make it show my notifications bar again. I even cleared the data on the app but I didn't make the status bar come back. Can someone please help me? and I refuse to do a factory reset also someone else did a factory reset on their phone and it didn't help. My phone is 2.3.4 if that helps.

Hi,

1. Try rebooting your phone..
2. Try uninstalling Go launcher and see if it comes back.. if it does not after you do then try step one right after uninstalling it.
3. If those do not work and you think factory resetting will not work either.. back up your stuff and upgrade to 2.3.6 as this will most likely fix your issue..
