Notification Bar

Hi,

Carry my Galaxy in a case so Apple don't mug me! The problem is it is not the best fit and I cannot drag the notification bar down. It there either

a) an alternative way to get to it
b) a way to move it to the bottom or side

Hi Iain, and welcome to AF

I don't know the Galaxy's launcher, but some third party launcher apps left you assign a button or gesture to this. For example, I'm using Holo Launcher on my HTC and have set it so that a downward swipe anywhere on the screen pulls down the notifications.

Or you can buy a case that fits better I suppose.

Honestly, I'd just say get a proper case that fits.

Go launcher let's you configure actions on the lower soft buttons, which can include operating the bar. Also you can make a swipe gesture on the screen.
