Notification Check (free app)

Notification Check is an application I created which allows you to check whether there are notifications for when you can't look at the screen (such as when you can't bring your phone out of your pocket/purse).

After turning on the accessibility service and setting the application to active in the settings, it will check for notifications while the screen is off and the phone ringer is set to silent/vibrate. When you turn the screen on, if there are any notifications it will vibrate.

This is my first Android application so any feedback is appreciated: bug reports, feature requests, pointing out other use cases, etc.

Note for Galaxy S3/S4 users: I've heard that enabling any accessibility service on these phones causes random issues with TTS (opening/closing folders, web browsing, etc). This is a bug with Samsung's software, not the application itself. If you run into this problem, I've found a couple potential fixes online:

1. Go into your phone settings -> accessibility
2. Turn talkback on, select "settings" from the bottom of the page
3. Switch off all the talkback checkboxes
4. Then switch talkback off again

or

1. Disable Google TTS
2. Disable Samsung TTS
