Help Notification help with Lolipop

I just did the big lolipop update and whenever people text me, i only "New Message" not the person's name and picture and my Notification setting is set to "Show All" . So anybody know how to fix this? Id appreciate it.
 
Maybe try clearing the cache of the app.
Or maybe even clear data (that will reset the app to new)

Press and hold App Icon/drag to App Info/Clear Cache
