I saw a icon on my girlfriend's phone top left corner of the phone they showed a heart what the star in the middle of it not sure where the notifications coming from from what app

Notification icon questions

first off, trying to identify an app notification icon is very hard. there are millions upon millions of apps that have their own icons.......that's a lot of apps!!!!!! so unless it is a popular app, trying to find an app based off an icon is very hard to do unless you have access to the phone. but, in most cases the phone is not accessible.
secondly it would help if you had a screenshot of the icon. but really a heart icon could be anything. it could be something like a health app or something like iheart radio.
thirdly, it is better if you just ask your girlfriend. there should be no need to go behind the person's back.......but i'm not one to really give relationship advice.
and lastly we get this question asked almost on a daily basis. and a good majority of them do not get a full answer. most of us will give a good guess, but like i said earlier, we can't give a guess unless we see what you are talking about.....so a screenshot would help.
