you can always verify it on your phone. but my gut tells me the phone is not accessible to you.

anyways i agree it is a voicemail notification.

@Dannydet is correct - the notification is telling you that you have a new voice mail available. Open the Voice Mail app and they are listed in order from newest message to oldest. You probably have a 20-message limit, so try to delete old, unnecessary messages.
