The phone one is missed call.

Is it? Missed calls never looked like that before lol ty
Different phones and dialers use different icons. I can remember when I actually had to download an app to let me know I had a missed call. 
Anyway, they all pretty much use an arrow bouncing off a receiver.

I guess the first cutesy manga looking one is some game, but the second is definitely missed-call or rejected-call.
