Help Notification is always blank

I have a P500, the Notification is alway blank.

The Notification never display notice of text message received and downloading progress or notice of file received through bluetooth.

Is this normal in P500?

No that's not normal. I get notifications on downloads, installations, liveprofile and when text messages/emails are received. Maybe try a factory reset and see if that fixes things for you.

Thanks for the reply.

Visited LG Service Center, service personnel updated software, some notifications, such as file transfer via bluetooth, are still missing.

Service personnel promised to refer to high level and advise the result.

Other questions:
1. How to remove the Android icons in the contract name list?
2. How to clear the list of sites visited?
3. How to close a webpage like clicking the small cross at the right top corner of the window in computer?

Hi

1. Android pic is the default icon in absence of contact picture. To remove the andoid pic, you have upload the diffrent pic in the respective contact
2. what browser are you using? ususally its setting>privacy>history>clear
3. what browser are you using? most browsers allow multiple tabs. There are options to close each tab. (Opera has Sr. 2 and 3)
