Notification issue on WiFi...

Hello great community! :)

Having this weird problem with my Samsung Galaxy s3..

When I am at home, or anywhere else with wifi connection, I do have internett access, and everything works with using the internet,
but I do not get any notifications.
And by notifications I mean things like Gmail, Wordfeud, Draw Something, Facebook, Twitter etc.

As soon as I leave the house, or connect to the mobile network, all the notifications pour in. All of them, as soon as I connect.
Funny thing is, I get older notifications on like Wordfeud and Facebook, Twitter etc. And while I'm on the mobile network I get notifications as intended.
In "real-time" so to say.

It seems like on WiFi it holds back the notifications, and spams me with them when I connect to the mobile network.

I have to mention everything is stock. Not rooted. I do use Go launcher EX, with its additional widgets, etc.

I've also tried resetting the phone, and only using TouchWiz, same problem there.

I've tried the "*#0011#" command and turning OFF the WiFi Power Save Mode.

Still no dice. Same issue.

Not sure what info to add but here goes;

Android version:
4.0.4

Baseband version:
I9300XXLF5

Kernel version:
3.0.15-686526-user

If you need any more info, or any question, let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Only thing I can think of is that you've set up something in Tasker that disables your notifications when you're connected to WiFi - do you have Tasker installed? If not, I have no clue!

Have a look in the notification bar and make sure notifications are enabled.
