Help Notification LED

Can anyone help me please as this is driving me crazy !!

I cannot get my notification LED light to work, despite loading some 3rd party apps such as light flow to see if that'll do the job. Even that doesn't work and I'm beginning to think I haven't got the hole at the top LHS.

I'm on an unlocked UK handset.

Try going to settings > LED Indicator and see if the boxes are checked.

Cheers MP, I've tried that and they're all checked.

Is there a clear and distinctive hole in the upper left hand side or does the light shine through the unit ?

PS I've done a factory reset and still no luck.

Ditch Light Flow as it's a complete piece of crap on the S3. It may be the thing causing the problems.
 
Sounds like the light is broken. And no hole for the light, it just shines thru like the capacitive Back and Menu buttons.
