Notification Light

Hi All,

There is a little white LED around the lock button which lights up when you unlock the device. Anyone know if this is also supposed to be a notification light? I was hoping it might light up or flash when a new message is received but it doesn't appear to do anything.

Any ideas?

Probably, but the way you can tell is if it lights up when you receive a message or email.

Well, that's the exact problem - it doesn't light up when I receive a message or email - so I am beginning to wonder what it's for, or whether there is a setting I am missing somewhere to activate it.

There should be an option under Display in settings to enable "Pulse Notification Light".
