Does anybody know how to change the colors of the notification lights?

You can use an app called Light Flow. Check it out in Google play.

I had light flow on my last phone and tried it with this one but it doesn't work. But I'm getting different colored light notifications from the stock system so I was thinking there must be a way to control that but I could not find it so was wondering if anyone else had figured it out yet.

There's no way to change the notification light to another color unless you use a 3rd party app.

Is there anyway to see what apps get notifications and which colors the get assigned? Has anyone else had luck with Light Flow or Light Manager with their Note 3?

Handcent lets you change the color of the light for texts. You can even have different colors for different people.

For all texts: Settings (the upper menu settings button, not the menu button on the phone) -> Notification Settings -> Notification Settings (yeah, they have a repeated menu item) -> LED settings.

For specific people, click on the person, then Settings (as above) -> Personalization -> Notification Settings.

To test your color, you have to tap "Test Notification", then push the power button to turn your screen off.

Have you tried Light Flow the paid version? It is $2.49 in google play. Might be worth buying it and if it doesn't work refund it within the allotted time. Good luck.

Yes, I have the paid version of light flow.

I have the paid version of LightFlow and it is working great for me. At first I didn't think it was but I forget to turn on one of the settings.
