notification of 'unexpected error' disable?

today i updated Go Launcher Notification (the app badge feature that gives iPhone-style number badges for number of new emails, Facebook, etc) and while it is working just fine (got the red little '26' which is telling me 26 total unread emails which is correct) i keep getting this repeating 'Notification unexpected error, send error report' warning notification in my notification bar, which repeats every few minutes, eventually filling my notification area up. is there some way to turn that off? it's obviously not crashing as my badges are showing just fine and updating correctly, meaning this may be a bug introduced by the update, but i cannot find any setting?

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app? That might make the error go away.

I would but fear that may once again break the functionality which the update otherwise fixed. Before i wasn't getting any badges. If there was a way to disable error reporting maybe? I know i can do that in Windows
