Help Notification Problem

Hi guys,

2nd post here and you guys are great at solving problems so let's see if you can crack this

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note GT N-7000 and for some reason my Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Messenger etc notifications will not show apart from my WhatsApp and my texts. Really starting to annoy me and, if possible, want to fix this.
