Help notification ringtone

Is any one els having problems with there notifacation ringtone?it allways plays the defalt tone even after I change it to one of my own?please help??

My ringtone kept doing that too. Try turning the phone off and maybe possibly taking the battery out. That worked for me.

Yea iv set the notifacation to my own and when I get a text it still does the default ucc one.am I not changing the right one?under sound setings.and iv tried taking the battery out hard reset ext?
