Help Notification Ringtones

I just recently got the Samsung Transform. Ive been able to add ringtones i edited myself and set them for when someone calls. But I tried to set them for Notifications but it doesnt show the new ones.

How do I add personal ringtones for notifications?

If you just want it as your standard tone for notifications, use ringdroid and assign it. If you want separate tones for different types of notifications, I'm just as lost as you.

I am waiting for my transform. But with my moment you go into the email or sms and hit menu then setting and select ringtone. You have to do that for each application. Not sure if it is the same for the transform, should be....

The way android wors is it uses two differfent files one fornotifications and one for ringtones, (stupid i know).
I use an app called myxer, u can download other useres tones or make your own fr your mp3 and after u make it u decide if u wanna save it as notification or ringtone.
