Help notification sound issue

Hi,

i have galaxy pro for 2 weeks now and i started having this problem when the notification sound stopped working.

i tried factory reset already it worked fine for awhile but now its not working again. doesnt even work with gosms. any ideas? help?

solved.

though it is not a real issue, i figure you that on the

settings/sounds/volume you can scroll down to see that the notification volume can also be set to zero. I did not see it at first. Im posting this reply in case there might be others who are clueless( ) like me who might experience the same
