Help Notification sound

I've figured out how to change my ringtones with downloaded ringers but I can't figure out how to use a downloaded notification tone, only the notification tones that came with the phone is there any way to make this happen?

Try Tone Picker free in the market. That should let you choose MP3s and other downloaded ringtones.

there's a folder on your sd card labeled 'notifications'. drop the sound file in there and you should be good to go. same thing for ringtones, there's also a folder for that on your sd.
