Where do I have to go to change my incoming text message sound? When I change it under settings, it still uses the old default sound.
 
This is a glitch. Both my wife and I have the same problem. We had to download an app that handles text messages called Chomp. It's kind of a pain to have to do a workaround. You just want your brand new device to...well...work.
