Help Notification stopped working

dunno what's going on but suddenly today, I am getting no ringer notifications when new emails come in. The new emails are not showing up in the top bar either, nor is the pulse notification light coming on or is the phone vibrating . And yes, all these utilities are turned on and have been triple checked.

i know that's pretty vague, but what am I missing. It must be something blindingly staring me in the face.

Same thing happened to me - drove me nuts. Dove deep, deep into settings. Played and played only to realize that I accidentally turned off sync on the power widget Hopefully your issue is something as simple as that.

dug down and enabled it. fingers crossed as I send my self a test email.

Kaboom. that was it. I also had disabled the sync function, deep in the power app. Reminding myself for the 15,000th time not to pull levers that I'm not 100% sure of what they do.
