notification toggles?

Any know if its possible to change the toggles in the notification area? Half of them I don'tuse, but would like to add airplane mode.

I can't find anything in the settings....

No I don't think you can.

However you can use a free app called Elixir 2 to add a widget to either your home screen or notification area to add airplane mode among a bunch of other frequently used options.

Or you could long press the power button to get to airplane mode that way.

Do you mean that you'd like to be able toggle airplane mode from the notification area?

Swipe down to view the notification area, then swipe the list 'wifi, bluetooth, gps, etc' to the left - airplane mode is 2nd from the end.

Not that in fussed either way, but are you sure? Airplane mode isnt on my set of buttons at all. I wonder if its been changed in a firmware update for some reason.
 
Huh, on mine (AT&T) I have:

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sound, Screen Rotation, Mobile Data, Power saving, Airplane Mode, Sync
