Help Notification : <untitled> Download unsuccessful. Notification wont go away

I recently downloaded a wallpaper from interfacelift.com but was unsuccessful. My problem is that the notification will not go away. I have tried hitting the clear notification tab, but that only works for a moment as it reappears with the opening of the browser.

Has anyone encounter this problem and if so have you reached a solution.

Sounds to me that the app is still trying to download and that it keeps failing. You need to find a way(taskiller) to kill it for good. This is just my guess.

Ok so I don't know what caused the problem but I was able to fix it. I had to uninstall the dolphin browser for the notification to go away.

I don't have Dolphin Browser. Should I maybe uninstall Google Chrome (Beta)?
