notification volume reduction

On my last Rom (dGB) on my desire I had the option in sound settings to reduce the volume of notification and call volumes whilst listening to music. Anyone know if this is possible on the galaxy s3. I've just nearly sh!t myself when an email notification came thru with my headphones plugged in!

I'm waiting on my SGS3 but I highly reccommend an app called Volume Manager Free by Angle Labs. It allows you to set volume for Notifications, Phone Calls, Alarm, In-Call volume, System Volume and more. You can also set for how long you wish for your different volume profiles to last
