Notification volume work around

The clip sounded the same on my friends so I used Myxer and fixed it I also download Zedge for future use. Myxer online has where you can make the volume louder.

Confused: why not un-check the "Use incoming call volume for notifications", thus you can control notifications sound level directly, no?

That's fine but even at the highest level its louder with zedge sounds

I downloaded the Zedge tones app an so far so good. It has many wallpapers and tones. My only problem is setting my text notifications to tones I've downloaded through the app. I've had no problem setting my ringtone since it automatically saves with the stock ringtones. How do I fix this? Anyone help would be appreciated.

It should do it when you go to.set it zedge should show as an option
