Notification Volume

Is there a way to lower the volume for my email and text notifications without turning down the ringtone volume? I want to keep my ringtone loud but the notifications low. I do a lot of international work receive emails throughout odd hours in the night and it's constantly waking me up.

Menu -> Settings -> Sound -> Volume

Uncheck "Use incoming call volume for notifications"

Set Notification volume slider.

I don't have that option. It just shows sliders for:

Music, video, games & other media

Ringtones & Notifications

Alarms

That's it.
