I was hoping someone would have a solution to a problem I've been having. I recently received a device from my mobile insurance company. I assume it was refurbished and factory reset before I received it. With this device I've had an interesting and annoying issue with notifications; if an app is open and I turn my screen off, the notification will be automatically dismissed after a second or two on the lock screen, AOD and even in the notification bar. I've been through the display, notification and lock screen settings to no avail. The notifications will even be dismissed from my gear S2 (it's not the S2 that's the issue, the notifications will still dismiss when I'm not connected to it). Anyone have some insight to the problem? FWIW, the problem has been happening across multiple apps so it would seem to be a system issue.
