Notifications bar not showing notifications.

So a few weeks ago I realized I'm not getting notifications displayed on the notification bar, the only one that shows up is when I get a new text. I've tried to go into every setting but I can't figure out what I did to disable it or what not. I'm using nova launcher. Help please.

Go into Manage Applications and select an app which you'd like notifications from. Check to see if you inadvertently disabled them in that particular app. If this is the case, you'll have to reenable them in each app individually (easy to disable because a long press on the notification can change this, enabling is a bit more awkward)

Aha so that's what that does. I always wondered. OK I fixed it. Stuff is showing up now. Thanks alot.
