Notifications from maps?

At one point when I setup navigation in Google maps on my phone, I would get notifications on my Watch 4 Classic (like it would buzz for upcoming turns, etc). However, I setup navigation today on my phone and I got no responses on my watch. How do I get those back?

Is your phone synced with your cars media interface?

Not synced to the car, someone else was using the cars BT. I can't remember if in the past I was connected to the car or not.

Yes, notifications is toggled on for maps.

Gotta bump it. Using maps still not sending notifications to watch. I liked the buzz it would give notifying me of an upcoming turn, etc.

Just curious, do you not like the map app giving you voice directions?

Voice directions are fine, but there are times my phone is silenced and having the vibration on my wrist helps.
